Policies and Regulations

Order Policies

  • All orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days after the order was placed.
  • Please understand, we can not check status on your order until 5 business days
    after your order was placed.
  • If your order is over 5 business days old and you have not recieved shipping details
    then click on the link provided below.
  • Please fill this form out as completely as possible. We will assign top priority to this request.

Back Order Polices

  • If an order is placed on back order status then it can take up to 2 weeks to be shipped out.
  • If an order is on back order status for more than 2 weeks then the order will be refunded to the buyer and the buyer will be notified of this.

Returns Policy

  • Parts we Resell have strictly Manufactures Warranty.
  • We have a 7-day Return Policy on all items.
  • You may return any item within 7 days upon receipt.
  • Products cannot be returned if original packaging is destroyed or if product has been installed.
  • Product must be in 100% Re sellable New Condition in order to receive full credit.
  • Buyer pays return shipping fees and original shipping fees, if shipping fee was free.
  • You must call for return approval first.
  • Some items may require a 20% Re-stocking fee.
  • This Re-stocking fee is because the item cannot be sold as new and will have to be discounted (you would not want to receive a returned item at the new cost yourself, would you?)
  • After the 7-day Return Policy all issues regarding warranty will be handed by the Manufacturer and the Manufacturer's Warranty.
